The meat in soy marinade - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Meat is the flesh (fatty meat, any)

    500-550 g

  • Sweet peppers (large)

    1 PC.

  • Paprika dried

    2 tsp.

  • Large cherry

    6 PCs.

  • FOR THE MARINADE

  • Pear (medium)

    1 PC.

  • Apple (secondary)

    1 PC.

  • Garlic

    4 cloves

  • Soy sauce SenSoyPremium

    80 ml

  • Honey flower

    2 tbsp

  • Chili

    ½ Pod (without seeds)

    Prepare the marinade. Pear and Apple peel and seeds. Then in a blender (or grinder) to grind the apples, pears, hot pepper, garlic.

    To this mixture add sliced thin half-rings onions, honey, soy sauce brand SenSoyPremium (80 ml, one-third of the bottle), a pinch of black pepper, paprika. Stir it carefully.

    A solid piece of meat (soft, no veins, with a thickness up to 4-5 cm) in the marinade in a deep bowl. Tightly cover with a lid or cling film and marinade for 3-5 hours (can be longer).

  • 3.

    Put the piece together with the marinade in foil and roast in a hot oven (170°C – 190°C) for 45 minutes. Open the foil, just increase the fire to roast the upper part of the meat and form a crust (10 min.).

  • 4.

    Remove the meat, cut it into slices thickness of 0.5 cm.

  • 5.

    For a side dish you can serve sauteed vegetables, decorate with greens.
