Thai skewers - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Shrimp large

    500-700 g

  • Sauce “Sriracha” (SrirachaChiliSauce) from SenSoyPremium

  • Ginger root

    1*1*1 cm

  • Butter

  • Lime

    1 PC.

  • Garlic

    3 slices

  • Greens

    Finely chop the garlic. Ginger peel and finely chop also very fine strips.

    Purified from the shell and intestinal vein of the shrimp and strung them on skewers. Coat each skewer in the sauce “Sriracha” (SrirachaChiliSauce) from SenSoyPremium.

    Fry the first batch: in a wide frying pan (medium heat) put the butter (1 tsp). Spread on top of the garlic and ginger. Once the butter has melted, quickly spread the skewers, fry quickly on each side (2 minutes).

    Before frying each batch of kebabs, delete the contents of a paper towel (paper towel), because remnants of the garlic will burn and give a bitter taste and unpleasant smell.

    Kebabs are prepared quickly and served hot with chopped herbs, lime wedge and sauce “Sriracha” (SrirachaChiliSauce) from SenSoyPremium. Before eating drizzle with lime juice.
