Thai curry with pumpkin - ReCiPes

You will need

  • The Curry sauce from SenSoyPremium

    1 PC.

  • Soy sauce SenSoyPremium

    2 tbsp

  • Fish sauce from SenSoyPremium

    1 tsp.

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Shrimp large

    5 PCs

  • Pork neck

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    2 -3 PCs.

  • Green peas or green beans, freezing

    100 g

  • Basil green


  • Hot pepper

    1-2 PCs

  • Ginger root

    Pumpkin peel and cut into cubes (2*2*2 cm). Ginger peel and cut into thin strips. Onions finely shinkuem. Shrimp cleaned from the shell and intestinal vein. Meat cut into small cubes (1*1*4 cm). Mushrooms cut into large (petals or 4 parts).

    In a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (2 tbsp) and quickly fry first the onion and ginger. As soon as the onions will become a Golden color, add the meat. Fry for 3-4 minutes, stir. Add the soy sauce and fish sauce brand SenSoyPremium, stir and fry for 1-2 minutes.

    In a saucepan put the pumpkin slices, pour the water (3.5-4 cm from the surface of the pumpkin), simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add chicken with ginger and onion, also add the Curry sauce from SenSoyPremium, reduce fire.

    After 5 minutes add the mushrooms, green peas, shrimp (the broth should be at 3 cm from the level of ingredients). Stew until ready. Before applying for 3 minutes, pour the finely chopped chilli (no seeds), stir.

    When serving, decorate with a sprig of green Basil.
