Spicy pork chops in pan Asian style - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Pork (tenderloin on the bone/rib)

    2 PCs

  • Soy sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    4-5 tbsp

  • Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tsp.

  • Pineapple juice with pulp

    150 ml

  • Tomato paste

    2 tsp.

  • Hot red pepper

    1-2 pieces (to taste)

  • Fresh grated ginger

    1 tsp.

  • Black pepper

    pinch

  • Paprika dried

    1 tsp.

  • Garlic

    2 slices

  • Salad red onion and greens (dill, cilantro)

  • Lemon

    In a meat grinder or blender and grind pepper, tomatoes, garlic.



    (!) If you love superstrike dishes, I grind hot peppers can beans.

    Mix chopped vegetables, grated ginger and spices (paprika, black pepper), add the soy and fish sauce brand SenSoyPremium and pineapple juice, all mix well. Our marinade is ready.

    On a sheet of foil in the distance lay out meat, spread on top of the marinade. Cover with pieces of foil, tightly closed and put into warmed oven (200°C), bake 15 minutes. Remove the top foil sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes. I look.

    The cooked meat is served hot with a slice of lemon, chopped red onions and greens.
