Spicy cellophane with ham - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Cellophane from Sen Soy Premium

    1 bunch

  • Soy sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    2 tbsp

  • Sesame oil from Sen Soy Premium

    1/3 tsp

  • Ham (or boiled sausage)

    100 g

  • Black pepper

    pinch

  • Garlic

    1 clove

  • Onion

    ½

  • Egg

    1 PC.

  • Tomato

    ½

    Funchoza brand Sen Soy Premium, fill with boiling water for 7 minutes (water should cover beans noodles completely).

    Boil the egg, then finely chop it or grate on a coarse grater. Ham cut into thin strips. Onion thin half-rings, tomatoes – thin wedges. Garlic finely chop.

  • 3.

    Heat a deep pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry garlic and onions until Golden brown.

    Then place them into the pan the tomatoes, a pinch of black pepper, in 2 minutes – ham, add a few drops of sesame oil, fry for 3 minutes.

    Funchoza recline in a colander. Then we shift to the pan along with the egg, add the soy sauce brand Sen Soy Premium, mix. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently (as if sheresheva) spatula.

  • 5.

    (!) If you love spicy food, then for 2 minutes until cooked can add finely chopped hot red pepper (no seeds).
  • 6.

    Serve hot freshly made and decorated with greenery.
