Salad with veal and eggplant - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Veal

    250 g

  • Eggplant

    ½ (100 g)

  • Soy sauce SenSoyPremium

    3 tbsp.

  • Fish sauce from SenSoyPremium

    1.5 tsp.

  • Sesame oil from SenSoyPremium

    3 tsp.

  • Rice vinegar

    1 tsp.

  • Table wine

    3 tbsp.

  • Sugar

    2 tsp.

  • Carrots little

    1 PC.

  • Sweet pepper

    1 PC.

  • Garlic

    1 PC.

  • Sesame seed and herbs for decoration

    Veal cut into thin wedges (0,5*1*4 cm). Carrots, eggplant, peppers cut into the same cubes. Garlic finely chop.

  • 2.

    Make a sauce: mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, fish sauce, wine, sesame oil, sugar, paprika, black pepper (to dissolve sugar) and mix with slices of eggplant.

  • 3.

    On a hot deep pan with vegetable oil (2-3 tbsp) and begin to fry the meat.

  • 4.

    After 2 minutes add our sauce with eggplant and carrots. Fry, stirring occasionally. After 3 minutes add sweet pepper and garlic. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

    Serve, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped herbs.
