You will need

  • Lamb (mutton pulp)

    650 g

  • Sauce “CURRY” (CURRY) from Sen Soy Premium

    1 PC (120 g)

  • Fennel

    ½ Tsp

  • Nutmeg

    ½ Tsp

  • Onion, large

    4 PCs

  • Fat sour cream

    200 g

  • Tomato paste

    4 tbsp

  • Tomatoes

    3 PCs.

  • Garlic

    4 slices

  • Black pepper


  • Hot red pepper

    1-2 pieces (to taste)

    The mutton (lamb) cut into pieces (2*2*2 cm). Onion cut in large squares. Garlic finely chop. Hot peppers are cleaned from the beans, puree them in the blender. Tomatoes we scald with boiling water, remove the skins, then grind them in a blender.

    In a hot deep frying pan (or wok) with vegetable oil (3-4 tbsp) and fry the onion with the addition of nutmeg, fennel until Golden brown.

    Do medium heat, add CURRY (CURRY) from Sen Soy Premium, and pieces of meat. Pour boiled water (a little below the level of the meat). Simmer 20 minutes with lid tightly closed.

    Add the crushed tomatoes and black pepper, simmer 15 minutes. Try enough salt, if not, you can add a pinch.

  • 5.

    Then add sour cream and tomato paste, stir, simmer 10 minutes.

  • 6.

    Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper, stir, simmer 2 minute.

  • 7.

    Served hot. As a garnish you can use boiled rice.
