Rice Korean-style with shiitake - ReCiPes

You will need

  • A fatty piece of pork

    30-50 g

  • Long-grain rice (can be parboiled)

  • Shiitake mushrooms from Sen Soy Premium

  • Soy sauce, Sen Soy Premium m

  • Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium

  • Cabbage

    Shiitake mushrooms dried from Sen Soy Premium fully fill with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain off the water and remove.

    The rice is washed (5-7 times). Then fill with water (the water should recede from the layer of rice 2.5-3 cm). Put on high heat (lid closed). Cook for 6 minutes. Then quickly sprinkle with salt ( 1 tsp), stir, then tightly cover with a lid, make a low fire and cook for 6-7 minutes.

    Carrots washed and purified. Lettuce wash.
    Puree them in a blender carrots. Then add the shiitake and puree them (not very finely); For grinding from the (better) use the grinder (instead of blender).

    Onion cut into cubes. Cabbage (only use fishnet green part) cut very thin and small. Meat cut into small and very thin strips (2 cm long).

    On a hot (deep) frying pan with vegetable oil (3 tbsp) and fry the carrots until Golden brown. Add the meat and onions, fry for 4 minutes (onions should be Golden). Add chopped cabbage and fry, stirring, for 3 minutes. Add the shiitake mushrooms, Fish sauce and soy sauce from Sen Soy Premium, fry for 2 minutes.

    Add boiled rice, chopped garlic and chopped in the blender hot pepper (no seeds), mix everything and fry for 2 minutes. Served to the table hot. Bon appetit!
