Pork with pears in Thai sauce - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Boneless pork

    400-450 g

  • Pear Conference

    2-3 PCs

  • Iceberg Lettuce

    1-2 sheet

  • Soy sauce SenSoyPremium

    4 tbsp

  • Fish sauce from SenSoyPremium

    1 tsp.

  • Rice vinegar from SenSoyPremium

    1 tsp.

  • Sesame oil from SenSoyPremium

  • Hot pepper

    ½ – 1 PCs.

  • Ginger root

    1*1*1 cm

  • Brown sugar

    1/2 tsp.

  • Black pepper

    pinch

  • Coriander powder

    pinch

  • Orange

    1/4 EA.

  • Cashews

    Pork cut with a sharp knife flat pieces (0,4*6*4 cm).

  • 2.

    Ginger root peel and finely chop. Pepper clear from the seeds and pith, chop finely or grind in a blender.

  • 3.

    Mix brown sugar with soy sauce, try fish sauce, vinegar, until the sugar is dissolved, add a pinch of coriander, black pepper and 2-3 drops of sesame oil.

  • 4.

    In a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil fry the ginger for 1 minute. Then add meat pieces and fry on each side for two minutes. Then add the spicy mixture, reduce the heat and leave for 3-4 minutes to languish under the hood. Open the lid, switch off the stove.

    Meanwhile, quickly cut the pear plates (thickness 0.7 cm). With one quarter orange, remove the peel and RUB it on a fine grater.

  • 6.

    In another pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (1/2 tbsp) and fry the plate of pear, first with one hand, half a minute. Turn over and sprinkle the top with orange zest.

  • 7.

    On a flat dish lay out lettuce iceberg, which we gently broke up with your hands into small pieces. On top put the sauce from the meat, then slices of pear and slices of meat. Sprinkle top with crushed nuts or crushed cashews not roasted peanuts.
