Pork in soy marinade - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Pork, flesh

    600 -700 g.

  • Soy sauce Marinade “sen Soi”

    100 g

  • Rice vinegar from Sen Soy Premium

    2 tbsp

  • Table wine (or cognac)

    3 – 4 tbsp

  • Orange juice with pulp

    3 tbsp.

  • Honey

    1 tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 slices

  • Ginger powder

    pinch

  • Hot pepper

    1 PC.

  • Black pepper

    pinch

  • Orange

  • Greens

  • 1.

    Wash meat, dry and cut into strips.

  • 2.

    In a large bowl, mix soy Marinade brand “SEN SOI”, finely chopped garlic, firm rice vinegar, orange sauce, honey, wine (brandy) and spices.

  • 3.

    Then immerse in a bowl of meat pieces and mix well, cover with a tight lid or cling film. Leave to marinate about 15-20 minutes.

  • 4.

    On a heated pan put marinated meat together with the marinade. First fry under the lid for 3-4 minutes, then without lid for 5 minutes.

  • 5.

    It is served hot, decorate with greens and a slice of orange. Bon appetit!
