You will need
Meat with a small amount of fat (neck of pork, veal)
Sauce “Hoi-Shin” from Sen Soy Premium
1 PC (120 g)
Cut the meat into thin slices/medallions (0,5*4*4 cm) and mixed with sauce “Hoi-Shin” brand Sen Soy Premium. Onion cut into half rings.
Spread the meat along with the sauce on the foil (pieces should not overlap each other), put into the oven for 15 minutes (180°C). Then sprinkle with onions and cook another 3-4 minutes.
The dish is served with slices of lime or lemon and herbs. Bon appetit!
