Pan-Asian meat salad with funchoza and mango - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Meat, flesh (pork or chicken)

    300 g

  • CELLOPHANE noodles bean from Sen Soy Premium PremiumSoy

    1 bunch (50 g)

  • Salad dressing “CITRUS” from Sen Soy Premium

    1 PC.

  • Mango

    1 PC.

  • Peas fresh (freezing)

    3 tbsp.

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Sweet red pepper

    Funchoza brand Sen Soy Premium fully fill with boiling water and leave for 7 minutes.

  • 2.

    Remove the pit from mango, remove the skin and cut into thin slices (if there is a special knife for cleaning, after washing the fruit, remove the skins and the same knife cut into thin slices/petals).

  • 3.

    A piece of meat (e.g. chicken breast) spread on a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (2 tbsp), sprinkle top with a pinch of salt and fry on one side until Golden brown (3 minutes). Then turn the piece and fry the other side.

    The meat turns out with a crispy crust on the outside and juicy on the inside.

    Cucumber cut into thin half circles (thickness 0.3 cm). and passeruem it on a heated pan without oil. Cucumber has an interesting taste, like a young zucchini. Take out.

    In the same pan in vegetable oil (1 tbsp) chopped passeruem thin feathers red sweet pepper (1 minute). Then add peas, passeruem for another 1-2 minutes.

    Funchoza recline in a colander. Brand refills “CITRUS” connect with funchoza, sweet peppers and peas, mix everything thoroughly. Spread in dish.

    On top of the beautifully proportioned pieces of finely chopped cucumber and fresh mango.
