You will need
Soy sauce is a Classic from Sen Soy Premium
4 – 5 tbsp
Rice vinegar from Sen Soy Premium
Table wine (or cognac)
Sauce Sriracha from Sen Soy Premium
2 – 3 tbsp
Onion, medium size
3 – 4 PCs.
Meat, without fat cut into very thin and small plates (thickness less than 0.5 cm). Spread the meat on a well-heated pan and quickly fry on vegetable oil (1 tbsp), salt. Give a little to cool.
Onion and garlic finely chop. Mix brand soy sauce, rice vinegar and Sriracha sauce from Sen Soy Premium.
Mix sauce with meat, garlic and onions, allow to infuse for a minimum of 40 minutes under a sealed lid or with cling film. Then spread on a dish, decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
