    Cut thin strips of meat. Then peel the ginger and cut into very thin strips, garlic finely chop. The feathers of green onions cut into 2-3 parts. Carrots cut into thin ribbons with a vegetable peeler, and then wide tape cut into thin strips. Grind peanuts in a blender or grinder. Shrimp cleaned from the shell and intestinal vein and finely chop.
