Cellophane with beef and shiitake mushrooms - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Bean vermicelli cellophane from SenSoyPremium

    150 g

  • Shiitake from Sen Soy Premium

    ½ Pkg.

  • Soy sauce “SEN SOI”

    4-5 tbsp

  • Beef pulp

    250 g

  • Pepper

    1 PC.

  • Bow

    2 PCs

  • Garlic

    2 slices

  • Sesame seed

    1 tsp.

  • Sesame oil from SenSoyPremium

    4 tbsp

  • Hot red pepper

    to taste

    Shiitake mushrooms pour boiling water for 10 minutes; then squeeze excess moisture and cut into strips if you bought from SenSoyPremium shiitake whole, not cut.

  • 2.

    Sweet bell pepper cut into strips (without core and seeds). Garlic cut into thin plates. Onion thin half-rings. The flesh of beef cut into thin wedges (1*3 cm).

    Funchoza completely fill with boiling water and leave for 7 minutes, then drain off the water.

  • 4.

    Fry the meat in a hot pan with sesame oil, stirring constantly with a spatula, about 3-4 min.

  • 5.

    Then add the mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes.

  • 6.

    Then add the prepared onions and soy sauce (instead of salt; it adds piquant flavor to the meat), fry for 3 minutes, then add the prepared pepper, garlic and funazu. All gently stir with a spatula.

    To taste you can add 1-2 tablespoons of sesame oil and hot red pepper (1ch.l.) for lovers of hot dishes. All fry 3-4 minutes the Dish is ready.

    Served to the table hot.
