Capcha meat - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Vermicelli Cellophane from Sen Soy Premium

    2 bunches (100g)

  • Sauce for frying noodles CHAPCHAE SAUCE (“CAPCHA”) from Sen Soy Premium

    1 PC.

  • Meat (beef)

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 PC.

  • Sweet bell pepper

    1 PC.

  • Carrots, small

    1 PC.

  • Hot pepper

  • Green onions

    3 pen

  • Greens (cilantro)

    3 sprigs

  • Sesame

    1 tsp.

  • Vegetable oil for frying

    Meat (fillet) should be cut in thin wedges (1*1*4 see), pour ½ of the sauce package SAUCE CHAPCHAE (“CAPCHA”) brand Sen Soy Premium and leave for 20 minutes.
