Black beans in Chinese - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Soy sauce, Sen Soy Premium

    7 tbsp

  • Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    2 tsp.

  • Cream (or rich milk)

    50 g.

  • Black beans (black beans)

    150 g

  • Canned corn

  • Canned peas

    2 tbsp

  • Pork with fat, flesh

  • Oyster mushrooms (or button mushrooms)

    Dry black beans (or black beans) and place in a saucepan and cover with water by 5 cm Add 6 tbsp of soya sauce “Classic” from Sen Soy Premium. Bring to boil on very low heat cook for 1 hour.

    Garlic cut into thin plates. Onions cut into half rings. Pork cut into thin slices (2*2*0,3 cm).
    So the meat is well cut, it is better to hold in the freezer (15-20 minutes).
    Sweet pepper cut into thin strips. Chili pepper first cut lengthwise into two halves, remove grains, and then each piece cut into thin half-rings.

    Lay in a deep hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (2 tbsp) garlic, then the onion and fry until Golden brown. Then polarities sweet and meat. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce “Classic” from Sen Soy Premium branded fish sauce. Sauté 4 minutes.

    Prepared beans drain in a colander (get rid of excess moisture) and then put in a deep pan with the meat. Add the cream (or rich milk) and simmer 5 minutes. Then add canned corn and peas, mushrooms and chilli, mix well. Simmer 1-2 minutes and serve.

    The dish can be decorated with chopped green onions.
