Very tender meat, masterly
combined with the taste of porcini mushrooms and vegetables. It is very easy to prepare, in a cauldron
on the stove. Coarsely chopped ingredients add flavor to a serving
a plate. The aesthetic appreciation of the dishes in the plate is very high. Great mood

Ingredients:

  • Beef – 1000 g
  • Onions – 3 pcs.
  • Leek – 150 g
  • Carrots – 4 pcs.

  • Refined sunflower oil – 80 ml
  • Freshly ground black pepper – ½ tsp.
  • Thyme – ½ tsp
  • Salt – 2 tsp.
  • Sugar – 1 tsp.
  • Oregano – ½ tsp
  • Marjoram – 1 tsp.
  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l
  • Caper – 12 pcs.

How do we cook beef with mushrooms and vegetables? We start with meat. We clean it from pollution, veins. Rinse in plenty of water. Cut into large pieces. After all, the size of the pieces of meat cooked according to this recipe forms the aesthetic appearance of the dish. We heat sunflower seed oil in a cauldron and place chopped onions, which are not very finely chopped, in it. We pass it to some softening.

Sometimes we turn the pieces over and fry them over high heat until
the appearance of a brownish-golden crust. After that we cover the cauldron with a lid and
simmer meat for at least an hour on low heat.

While the meat is being stewed, chopped carrots with washers 3 – 4 mm thick,
leek – rings. Porcini mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cut coarsely. Throw prepared
carrots, salt, thyme, freshly ground black pepper, oregano and marjoram in a cauldron.
Add half a glass of water, mix, cover and simmer again on
low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.

Now is the time to put the leek rings. If necessary, add some more water.

Add tomato paste previously diluted with water and sugar. All
mix. We spread capers and chopped porcini mushrooms.

Mix all the contents of the cauldron, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off the fire under the cauldron. Let the meat stand for about 10 minutes.
