I remember wondering why beef ribs cooked in a casserole turn out
so delicious. And the ingredients are the most common, and spices, too. Maybe all

- Beef Ribs – 1000 g
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Potato – 8 pcs.
- Green beans – 300 g
- Garlic – 10 cloves
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Spices and seasonings – 1 tbsp.
- Tomato paste – 3 tbsp.
- Refined sunflower oil – 100 ml
- Greens – 1 bunch
How do we cook beef ribs with vegetables? We start with the ribs.
Wash our ribs with warm water, cut into pieces. Sprinkle generously
spices and let stand in them for 30 minutes.
We heat half of the sunflower refined oil in a cauldron.
Throw slices of ribs with meat into it and lightly fry on both sides.
Put on a plate to the side.
We clean onions and carrots in advance. We rinse under water. Chopped onion
cubes, and carrots – rings with a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Throw the onions and carrots, already cut, into the oil after frying the ribs.
We pass until softened.
Again, put the ribs with meat in the cauldron.
Throw potatoes, peeled and chopped coarsely. Fill with water
so that she covers the meat with potatoes. On high heat, bring to a boil,
close the lid. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 60 minutes.
Now add the green beans, mix everything and simmer for 10 minutes.
Throw in tomato paste, salt,
favorite spices and seasonings, stir and simmer another 3 minutes.
Peel the garlic, finely chop it. We wash the greens and also chop.
We throw in a cauldron, in boiling liquid, and turn off the fire. Close the cauldron
lid, let it stand for 30 to 40 minutes, or even an hour. Let all the components
share their flavors with each other.
