Beef in sauce "Black pepper" with vegetables - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Sauce for cooking “Black pepper” from Sen Soy Premium

    1 PC.

  • Sesame oil from Sen Soy Premium

    1/2 tsp.

  • Beef (flesh fat)

    350-400 g.

  • Sweet red pepper

    2 PCs

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Onion large

    Meat cut into thin slices (0,5*4*3 cm) and cover part (slightly more than half of the package) sauce “Black pepper” brand Sen Soy Premium and leave to marinate.

    Meanwhile, coarsely chop the vegetables – the peppers and onions; broccoli divided into small florets.

  • 3.

    In a hot pan fry the meat together with the sauce for 7 minutes, then add the capsicums and zucchini, in a minute bow. All fry for 3 minutes under the lid.

    Put the cabbage and simmer until cooked (about 15 minutes), stirring constantly.
