Yakisoba with eel - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Buckwheat Japanese noodles SOBA brand Sen Soy Premium

  • Sen Soy Premium YAKISOBA Noodle Sauce

    1 pack

  • Bell pepper

    1 PC.

  • Celery stalk

    1-2 pcs.

  • Garlic

    2 cloves

  • Fried eel

    150 g

  • Sesame seed for decoration

  • Sen Soy Premium brand soy sauce (optional)

    Boil buckwheat noodles SOBA according to the recipe on the back of the package.

    In a preheated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), fry the onion, cut into half rings, sweet pepper and a celery stalk, cut into thin strips.

    In another pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), we begin to fry the prepared SOBA noodles

    After a minute, add Sen Soy Premium branded YAKISOBA sauce, mix gently, fry for 2 minutes.
