Wide rice noodle with ginger fish - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Pho Ho Rice Noodles from SenSoyPremium

    70 g

  • Fish fillet (salmon, pink salmon)

    300 g

  • Classic Soy Sauce from SenSoyPremium

  • Shiitake mushrooms from SenSoyPremium

  • Fresh ginger grated

  • Garlic

    2 cloves

    Cut the fish fillet into slices (approximately 3 * 3 cm).

    SenSoyPremium Fo-Ho rice noodles pour hot water and leave for 30 minutes.

    Freshly grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, wine, vegetable oil (3 tablespoons) – we mix everything carefully. We put fish in this marinade, carefully mix with a spatula. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

    SenSoyPremium brand dried shiitake mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and squeeze the mushrooms. In a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the shiitake mushrooms – 3 minutes.

    Add finely chopped onions and chopped bell peppers (half). Fry everything for 1-2 minutes.
    Add the prepared fo-ho noodles to the mushrooms, mix gently – fry for 3 minutes.

    In another pan, fry the prepared fish (without marinade) for 3-4 minutes.
    Then combine the noodles and fish and simmer for 4 minutes. Add the remaining marinade and simmer for 3 minutes. A minute before cooking, add the chili pepper (cut without grains), cut into half rings.

    Before serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped green onions and decorate with a slice of lime. Serve soy sauce.
    (!) You need to eat Asian dishes as soon as they are cooked. In Asia, dishes are not warmed up. They don’t cook for the future, they always eat freshly cooked.
