Udon with tender shrimp in a spicy sauce - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Udon Noodles (UDON) by Sen Soy Premium

    1 bunch

  • Green beans

    40 g

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Sen Soy Premium Soy Sauce

    4 tbsp

  • Butter

    2 tsp

  • Sen Soy Premium Rice Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Sen Soy Premium Fish Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Granulated sugar

    6 tbsp

  • Dried prunes, soft

  • Hot chili peppers

    Boil udon noodles (UDON) Sen Senoy Premium according to the instructions on the packaging.
    Shrimp clear of shell and intestinal vein.

    Grind garlic, red pepper, prunes in a blender (meat grinder). Three ginger on a grater and squeeze the juice. Thoroughly mix garlic, pepper, ginger juice, wine and spices.

    We make liquid caramel: mix sugar and water (5: 1), add rice vinegar and lemon juice. Cook over low heat, stir constantly. We look very carefully so as not to burn caramel, otherwise it will be bitter.

    As soon as the caramel becomes light golden, add the butter, stir. After a minute, add about mashed potatoes with spices, specialty soy sauce, fish sauce. Add a little boiled water, mix until smooth (the mass should look like a liquid condensed milk). Turn off and set aside.

    The sauce can be stored in a glass container and added during the preparation of various dishes)

    Boil the udon noodles to the colander. Fry the prawns in a hot pan
    with cooked sauce (1-2 tsp, to taste), after 2 minutes add beans and Udon noodles, mix everything and fry for 3-4 minutes.
