Udon with caviar and creamy salmon - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Sen Noy Premium UDON Noodles

    1 bundle (75g)

  • Sen Soy Premium Fish Sauce

    2 tbsp

  • Salmon fillets

    100 g

  • Salmon caviar

    1 tbsp. l

  • Milk

    70 g

  • Butter

    5 g

  • Garlic

    1 slice

  • Greens (cilantro, chives)

    Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces.

    Put butter and salmon slices on a preheated (medium heat) pan (distribute in a pan). Add milk (not cold) and Sen Soy Premium fish sauce (use for flavor and instead of salt). After a minute, add finely chopped or crushed garlic. Gently mix with a spatula. Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Until ready.

    And mix it with fish. We spread it on a dish and decorate with chopped greens and caviar.
