Udon in soya spicy sauce with salmon - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Udon Noodles (UDON) by Sen Soy Premium

  • Sen Soy Premium Soy Sauce

  • Orange juice

  • Salmon / trout

  • Fresh ginger

    piece (1.5 * 1.5cm.)

  • Garlic

    2 cloves

  • Dry paprika

  • Hot red pepper

    1/2 – 1 pc.

    Boil Sen Senoy Premium brand udon noodles according to the recipe indicated on the back of the package.

    Meanwhile, we cut the salmon fillet into small squares (3 * 3 * 1cm.).
    Peel a piece of ginger root and cut into very thin strips. Onions are cut into thin half rings. Cut the carrots into thin sticks (0.3 * 0.3 * 4cm.). Grind cilantro in a blender or chop finely. Chop the garlic finely. Hot peppers are cleaned from grains, cut into thin half rings.

    In a deep frying pan in vegetable oil, fry ginger, put carrots in 1.5 minutes, add onions in 3 minutes and fry until golden. Then add soy sauce from Sen Soy Premium (1-2 tablespoons), a little more vegetable oil, thawed green beans, cilantro, garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes, it should soften, maintain elasticity (do not digest).

    Fry in another pan with a small amount of oil (less than 1 tablespoon), sprinkle a pinch of salt on top, turn over after 2-3 minutes. Pour orange juice and fry for 2-3 minutes. Fry under a closed lid.

    Add “UDON” noodles to the pan to vegetables, which, immediately before that, we threw them into a colander. Add hot pepper and dry paprika. Mix with vegetables. Stew for 2 minutes.

    We spread noodles with vegetables in portioned dishes, put fish slices on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds and a slice of any citrus to your taste.
