Tempura crab sticks - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Tempura flour Sen Soy Premium

  • Tempura Flakes Sen Soy Premium

  • Potato starch

    100 g

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Cooking Oil

  • ORIGINAL Sen Soy Premium Soy Sauce

    3 tbsp. l

  • Garlic

    2 cloves

  • Spicy pepper

    1/2 pcs.

    We mix Sen Soy Premium brand Tumpuru flour with a small amount of boiled water; add water a little bit and mix with a whisk or a fork. The batter should be thick.

  • 2.

    We make the sauce: in a blender, grind hot pepper and garlic (or chop finely with a knife), add natural Sen Soy Premium brand soy sauce, mix everything well. We will serve it to her tempura.

    Pour Tempura – Sen Soy Premium brand flakes into another bowl. In the third bowl, a little potato starch (4 tbsp).
    In a deep frying pan (Wok, cauldron or in a small deep stewpan with a thick bottom), we well heat the vegetable oil (2 cm. –Level).

  • 4.

    Dip the crab stick into starch, then into batter, then into tempura flakes.

    Shake off excess flakes so that they do not detach from the stick when frying, otherwise the oil will begin to fade greatly.

  • 5.

    Then, with tweezers or chopsticks, dip in hot oil

    We do it carefully so as not to get burned.

  • 6.

    Spread the fried sticks on parchment to absorb excess fat. And then we repeat the process.

  • 7.

    Serve hot with a slice of lime and fresh cucumber and spicy soy sauce.

    Traditionally, Asian dishes are eaten freshly prepared; they cannot be reheated.
