Stuffed squid in yakiniku sauce - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Yakiniku marinade from Sen Soy Premium

    Squid carcasses cleaned from the insides and remove the skin. We do everything carefully to maintain the integrity of the carcasses. Carefully cut the fins, cut them into thin strips and set aside.

    Boil rice (without salt). Shrimp clear of shell and intestinal vein. If they are large, then they must be cut into pieces 1 * 1 * 1cm. We mix squid with chopped fins and fill with Sen Yoy Premium marinade Yakiniku.

    Meanwhile: onions, bell peppers, celery, Beijing salad, cut into very small cubes. Shred the mushrooms in small strips. We also cut squid fins into small strips.

    In a hot frying pan (you can WOK) with a small amount of vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), fry the onions first until golden brown. Then we send the remaining vegetables and a pinch of black pepper to the pan, fry for 4 minutes. Then we send shrimps with marinade, fry all 3 minutes.

    Add boiled rice, mix everything thoroughly, fry for 2 minutes. Set aside, let cool slightly. The filling is ready

    There is a bit more Kcal in fried squid than in boiled / stewed. When preparing squid – the main thing is not to overexpose, so that the squid meat does not turn out harsh, its taste also slightly decreases.

    1. You can fry the squid carcasses in a pan (2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil), 2 minutes on each side.
    2. You can put the carcasses on an enameled sheet, oiled and put in a baked oven for 4-6 minutes.
