Spicy carp - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Mirror carp

    1 PC. (2 kg.)

  • Kimchi Pasta from Sen Soy Premium

    2 pcs.

  • Paste “Miso” from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tbsp. l.

  • Fresh ginger

    150 – 200 g.

  • Peas (frozen)

    It is better to choose mirror carp for the dish, it has less scales (it is convenient to cook). Remove scales from fish. Then, we cut the fish from the back and carefully remove the spine with ribs, then cut the carcass lengthwise, remove the insides and carefully remove the bones from the pulp. Cut into pieces 3cm wide.
    If you leave your head, then be sure to remove the gills, they can give bitterness and an unpleasant aftertaste to the dish.

    Peel the ginger root, rub it on a fine grater or pass it through a meat grinder. Mix with fish and leave for 15 minutes.

    In the meantime, cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots into thin strips (or rub on a Korean grater) and squeeze by hand (it is better to do this with gloves so as not to stain your skin and nails with carotene). Mix vegetables with honey, “Kimchi” and “Miso” paste from Sen Soy Premium.

    After the fish has been marinated in ginger, mix with the prepared vegetables in the paste and put everything in a deep baking dish. Put beans and peas between the fish pieces. Cover the form with a sheet of foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes (190C).
