    FISH:

    1. rinse, gut, remove the scales and rinse again under cold running water.
    2. remove the bones: we cut the fish along the back in the 2nd part and remove the spine carefully with bones. Separately, we take out the bones that remained in the meat. We cut each half of the fish into 2 portion parts. And make a few shallow cuts on each piece.

    MARINADE:

We mix honey, “Teriyaki” sauce of Sen Soy Premium brand, vegetable oil, orange juice, black pepper, thyme, fresh ginger juice (we rub fresh ginger – a slice of about 2 cm. On a fine grater and squeeze the juice with the fingers – 2 tablespoons) – mix everything thoroughly. Pour the pieces of fish and mix gently, pickle for at least 30 minutes.

    GARNISH:

Peel the onions and cut into slices. Peel the sweet pepper from the core and cut in half, then each half into 4 parts. Cut the cherry in half and pepper with black pepper. Wash the mushrooms and cut in half.
If you like a simple side dish, then you can boil rice.

We put in the baking dish (separately) the pieces of fish along with the marinade. On the edges and between the pieces of fish we spread the vegetables for a side dish. Cover with foil on top and put in the oven, which we previously warmed up to 190 ° C, for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the foil, bake another 5-10 minutes. Do not overdry! Fish is cooking fast!
