No. 2 Salmon Teriyaki - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Teriyaki sauce (TERIYAKI) by Sen soy Premium

    1 pack (120 g.)

  • Salmon fillets

    400 g

  • Sen soy Premium Soy Sauce

    1 tbsp. l

  • Sweet pepper red

    1 PC.

  • Sweet pepper yellow

    1 PC.

  • Zucchini (eggplant or long-fruited cucumber)

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 PC.

  • Garlic

    1 slice

  • Spicy pepper


  • Fresh ginger

  • Lemon (or Lime)

    Pre-clean the scales from the skin of salmon. Cut salmon fillet into small pieces (3 * 6 * 2cm.).

    In a wide frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), fry salmon slices – 2 minutes. Pour Seniy Premium Premium Teriyaki (TERIYAKI) sauce and fry until tender (about 4 minutes; the fish cooks quickly).

  • 3.

    Cut the zucchini (eggplant or long-fruited cucumber) into small blocks (1 * 1 * 3cm.). Onion cut into half rings. Hot peppers in thin rings (without grains). Ginger (a piece of -2 cm.) Peel and cut into thin strips.
    If you use eggplants, you must first cut them lengthwise into plates, salt and leave for half an hour, then serve and cut into small cubes.

    In a hot skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil, first fry the ginger, add the onion in a minute (fry until golden brown. Then add the zucchini (or cucumber) sticks along with chopped garlic, hot pepper and – pass for 3 minutes. The vegetables should become a little softer and more elastic but do not soften much.
    If you use eggplant, then it is better to fry them before sweet pepper for about 8 minutes, and then add sweet pepper.

  • 5.

    We spread the vegetables according to portioned dishes, lay the slices of salmon in Teriyaki sauce next to or on top of this vegetable pillow and decorate with a slice of lime or lemon. Bon Appetit!
