No. 1 Salmon Teriyaki - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Salmon fillets

    500 g

  • Sen Soy Premium ORIGINAL Soy Sauce

    3 tbsp. l

  • Sen Soy Premium Rice Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • White wine table

    3 tbsp. l

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

  • Sesame seed

    1 tbsp. l

  • Lemon

    Cut the salmon fillet into small, wide, flat slices.

    Making teriyaki sauce: mix ORIGINAL soy sauce from Sen Soy Premium, white table wine, Sen Soy Premium rice vinegar and powdered sugar. Warm the resulting mixture until the powdered sugar is completely dissolved. Now marinate the salmon slices in the resulting Teriyaki sauce for 30-40 minutes.

    We take the fish out of the sauce (first we remove the droplets of the remaining sauce from the pieces with a napkin) and put it on a frying pan heated over medium heat. Fry the fish until golden brown, 3-4 minutes on each side.

    Add 1 tsp to the remaining marinade from the fish. powdered sugar, heat the sauce over a fire until the powder is completely dissolved. The sauce should thicken and begin to boil (you will see small bubbles on the surface). Remove from heat and let the sauce cool. Take a brush or a teaspoon and dip the salmon slices in the sauce.

    Before serving, sprinkle Teriyaki salmon with sesame seed. You can serve boiled rice, stewed vegetables or simple boiled potatoes and a slice of lemon for a side dish.
