Korean style hot cod sauce - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Cod, filet / steaks

    350 – 450 g.

  • KIMCHI pasta base from Sen Soy Premium

    1 PC. (80 g.)

  • Tomatoes

    2 pcs.

  • Bulb onions

    1 PC.

  • Sweet red pepper

    1 PC.

  • Potato for garnish

  • Greens for decoration

    Each person has different taste sensations. Those who are used to the hot kitchen can use the whole package of pasta for cooking, and the rest we recommend reducing the amount of sauce in half.

    Divide the cod into portions. If you purchased cod steaks, then first you need to clean them (from the scales and the remains of offal). Poured with paste the basis of “KIMCHI” (KIMCHI) brand Sen Soy Premium, carefully, but gently mix, marinate for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, chop the onions, tomatoes, sweet peppers in a small cube.
    Peel potatoes, cut into large ones and boil in slightly salted water until tender.

    In a preheated wide and deep frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), fry the onions well until golden. Then add pepper and tomatoes, fry for 4-5 minutes. Then spread the pieces of fish with pasta, cover, simmer for 15 minutes (the fish cooks quickly).

    We spread potatoes and fish in sauce in portioned dishes. Garnish with chopped herbs and serve.
