You will need

  • Citrus Filling by Sen Soy Premium

  • Shrimp (or Sea Shake)

  • Arugula Salad

    Shrimp clear of shell and intestinal vein. In a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the shrimp on each side (a minute on each side).

    Cut red onion into very thin feathers.
    Cucumber cut into very thin strips.
    Grapefruit (or orange): peel slices from white skin and veins (slices can be cut in half).
    Peel the avocado, cut into small cubes
    Cherry cut into quarters.
