You will need

  • Sushi Rice from Sen Soy Premium

    250 g

  • Sen Soy Premium Rice Vinegar “For Sushi”

    4 tbsp

  • Nori Seaweed by Sen Soy Premium

  • Light Salted Salmon

    150 g

  • Avocado

    1 PC .

  • Cucumber

    1-2 pcs.

  • Tobiko caviar from Sen Soy Premium

    3 tbsp

  • Pickled Ginger by Sen Soy Premium

  • Wasabi seasoning by Sen Soy Premium

  • Sen Soy Premium Classic Soy Sauce

  • 1.

Defrost caviar from Sen Soy Premium and put in a bowl.

  • 2.

We cook sushi rice brand Sen Soy Premium according to the instructions on the package. Then pour Sen Soy Premium rice vinegar and mix (see recipe on the back of the package).

  • 3.

While the rice is cooked, cut the avocado into thin strips, we also cut the cucumber. Cut salmon into thin sticks.

  • 4.

We cut the sheet of Nori seaweed into 2 halves with scissors or a sharp knife.
We put in front of us, on a bamboo mat (not in the middle, but closer to the edge).
For convenience, we pre-wrap the mat with cling film (so rice will not stick and get stuck in the ribs of the mat).

  • 5.

We will wet our hands in water with lemon and begin to spread the rice on half a sheet of nori over the entire surface of the sheet. Finger press fig. We cover with a bamboo mat, turn it over so that the rice is at the bottom and gently crush the rice again.

  • 6.

2 cm away from the edge of the nori and apply a thin layer of wasabi. Next, lay the cucumber straws, avocado straws and salmon slices on top of the wasabi.

  • 7.

We begin to twist the roll, slightly pressing the roll along the entire length for the density of the structure.

  • 8.

Next, you can dip the roll in Tobiko caviar in 2 ways:

Method number 1: Carefully remove the roll onto the boards. And on the mat we distribute a small amount of Tobiko caviar, put our roll on top and spin the roll. As a result, caviar is distributed over the entire surface and fixed in rice. Rice will peek through the colored caviar.
Method number 2: We begin to cut the finished roll into pieces, starting from the middle. Then each piece (the side with rice) is rolled in a bowl with Tobiko caviar in a bowl.

  • 9.

The traditional addition to the rolls is the hot wasabi seasoning, pickled ginger and soy sauce.
