Italian panna cotta with fresh berries is the perfect light dessert for the summer. Its main ingredients are milk, cream and gelatin. Unlike the classic vanilla pan-cotta, this option is aromatized with honey and no less harmoniously combined with assorted berries. To prepare a dessert, gelatin is diluted in a creamy mixture, which is then poured into glasses and solidifies – everything is incredibly simple! Serve with each serving garnished with seasonal berries and fruits, and enjoy the silky texture and sophisticated dessert flavor.
