Spaghetti with lemon is one of the easiest Italian pasta options that you can cook at home anytime. Their refreshing citrus flavor is especially welcome in the summer and with fried fish. Just boil the spaghetti and mix with a light sauce of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and grated parmesan so that the cheese begins to melt on hot pasta and gives the cream a creamy sauce. Serve as a side dish or vegetarian main course, sprinkled with lemon zest and chopped fresh basil.
