- Soft cottage cheese with a low percentage of fat or skim mixed with sour cream or yogurt, beat with icing sugar. Add raw chicken eggs, beat again.
- Pour in wheat flour, mix. Separately, prepare banana puree, mix in the main mixture, beat everything. Bake the mass in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for an hour.
- You can cook a cheesecake in a water bath. Cool the finished dessert, if possible set aside for the night. Garnish the cooled curd-banana cheesecake with strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
