Pear jam always
considered an excellent dessert. You can eat it with a spoon with the tea instead of adding in
tea sugar. Can be used for fruit or milk shakes,
to impose on pancakes or fritters.
- Pear — 400 g (flesh without skin)
- Sugar — 400 g
- Ground cinnamon – 1/3 tsp
- Citric acid – 1/3 teaspoon
- Water — 100 ml
Method of preparation:
How do we prepare pear
jam with cinnamon? Pears wash, cut, remove the middle and cut
crust. Cut it into cubes.
Put the pears in the saucepan,
fill with water, bring to a boil. Reduce the fire and cook under a lid 5
Select the cubes with a slotted spoon
pears from the pan. In the water pour the sugar, ground cinnamon and citric acid.
Cook the syrup for another 5 minutes after boiling.
Return the cubes of pear in
pan, bring to a boil and cook on low flame again for 5 minutes.
At the same time with fresh pears and
syrup sterilize small jars and cover them. Ready jam spread
boiling hot in jars, close covers and turn over to cool. Cover
with a towel, let it stand so until the jam is completely cool. If you do
one and a half or two servings remaining jam can be spread in a bowl and serve
