Crisp granola, natural sugar-free yogurt, fresh berries and a little maple syrup are laid out in transparent cups in alternating layers. Repeat layers until the ingredients run out. Nancy Fuller suggests making healthy homemade granola with dried fruits, almonds, oatmeal, coconut flakes, honey and natural maple syrup. The granola remaining after assembly can be simply poured with milk and enjoy.

Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

  • 2 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 1.5 tbsp. whole almonds
  • 3/4 Art. coconut flakes
  • 1/4 Art. vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tbsp. honey
  • 0.5 tbsp. dried cherries
  • 0.5 tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 0.5 tbsp. dried pineapple slices
  • 0.5 tbsp. maple syrup


  • 4 tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 4 tbsp. assorted berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cut into 4 parts)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Granola:

    Mix on a baking sheet covered with a silicone baking mat, oatmeal, almonds and coconut.

  3. In a measuring cup for liquids, mix vegetable oil and honey. Pour it over the oatmeal mixture. Stir to completely coat with glaze. Salt to taste.
  4. Bake until golden brown, 40-45 minutes. Remove the granola from the oven and let cool. Add dried cherries, cranberries and pineapple slices. Sprinkle with a little maple syrup and mix.
  5. Parfait assembly:

    Put in a row eight glasses for parfait. Put granola in each large bed, then a layer of yogurt, then a layer of berries and a drop of maple syrup. Repeat the layers again, ending with berries sprinkled with maple syrup.
