Muffins chocolate

Many of us have a sweet tooth.
In life there are those moments when life seems uninteresting without it. For
such cases offer a recipe for chocolate muffins. The recipe is very easy to
performance. Muffins using cocoa turn out lighter. If
cocoa replaced with black melted chocolate will be darker.

  • Cocoa 60 g
  • Chicken egg 1 PCs
  • Butter 110 g
  • Cow milk 140 ml
  • Flour 175 g
  • Salt tsp
  • Sugar 110 g
  • Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
  • Raisins 100 g
  • Walnut 50 g
  • Baking powder 15 g

  • Egg whisk and triturated with the melted butter, cocoa and sugar.
  • Add cocoa (melted chocolate) and mix again.
  • Now it is the turn of flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Add and whisk.
  • Raisins pre-wash and dry walnuts-grind them. Add to the mixture and stir.
  • Define our mixture into molds (metal or paper), pre-greased to a height of not more than 2/3 height of ramekins.
  • Bake for 35 minutes at 175 degrees. Readiness check with a wooden match.
  • In about twenty minutes to get the muffins out of their nests. You can sprinkle them with chocolate icing. Bon appetit!
