Mini cookie cheesecake in 5 minutes - ReCiPes

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese (cottage cheese)
    300 g
  • cookies
    5-6 PC.
  • sugar
    6 tbsp
  • sour cream
    2 tbsp
  • butter
    2 tbsp
  • the eggs
    1 PC.
  • vanilla (sugar)
    taste

Cooking:

  • Grind cookies to crumbs, mix with butter, put in a tin, tamp, prepare the basis for a mini cheesecake for one minute in a microwave at a power of 700 watts.
  • Stir the cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, sugar and vanilla into a homogeneous mass with a blender.
  • Fill half of the mold with the base filling, put in the microwave for 2 minutes with a power of 700 watts, repeat again, but cook a minute (do not change the power).
  • Take out the cheesecake, allow to cool, remove for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
