For the festive table
I always want to cook something sweet, especially if the whole family –
sweet tooth. For example, jelly can be made from juices, various fruits,
canned and fresh, dairy products. We offer to see the recipe
jelly made of milk and chocolate.
- Black chocolate 150 g
- Cow’s milk 450 ml
- Granulated sugar 3 tbsp
- Vanillin 1/3 tsp
- Gelatin 25 g
- Whipped cream 100 ml
How do we make milk jelly with chocolate? We start with gelatin, because without it we won’t get jelly. Pour jelly with water in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions on the packaging.
We warm the milk in a bowl until it is very hot. We break chocolate into very small pieces. Throw in milk, pour sugar there.
Put this bowl on a small fire and stir until sugar and chocolate pieces dissolve.
We heat a saucepan with dissolved jelly in a water bath and pour into a milk-chocolate mixture. Quickly stir and turn off the heat.
Remove from the stove our saucepan, let it cool slightly. Then we pour the jelly into beautiful bowls or glasses for serving and put in the refrigerator for final solidification.
Before serving, you can decorate our jelly with whipped cream. Enjoy your meal!
