Melon for our ice cream
we cook at home, of course, should be ripe and sweet. Though
there is a sweetness in the condensed milk, the sweetness of the melon, as its special aroma,
ice cream gives a special piquancy. This wonderful dessert is refreshing and
tones, even if the house is air conditioned.
- Melon — 500 g
- Condensed milk — 200 g
- Lemon juice — 2 tbsp
- Chocolate black – 50 g
- Fresh mint – 1 bunch

How do we prepare
melon ice cream and condensed milk? Melon wash, dry cloth and
cut. Remove the seeds and cut the crust. Cut into large pieces and
throw into the blender.

juice and condensed milk.
Whisk all until

For 3-4 hours the mixture will turn into well frozen ice cream. But every 30-40
minutes must get hold of and mix. In our freezer door

cover tightly for 5-10 seconds while You quickly mix the ice cream.
Frozen ice cream
spread in a saucer or bowl, decorate with grated chocolate and a mint leaf. Wish
