Creamy banana mousse

If You love fragrant
bananas and fresh cream, then based on them you can make great rich
dessert for the festive event.

  • Banana 3 PCs
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
  • Cream 25% 200 g
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Chicken egg 3 PCs

  • Wash the plantains under running water, remove the skin from them. Cut them into small slices.
  • In a bowl place the banana pieces, sugar, vanilla sugar, whisk well with a blender, then add the lemon juice and whisk again. Gradually add the cream into the banana mass, whisking everything in a blender.
  • In advance, separate the egg yolks from the whites. Well whisk the whites until, until reliable foam.
  • Continuing to whisk, add in the banana weight small portions. After five or six minutes of whipping forms a tender mass, enchanting the eye with its crazy splendor.
  • Put into portions and put in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Then you can start to have fun!
