  • Wheat flour 170 g
  • Granulated sugar 6 tbsp without top
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Soda 1 tsp

  • Sour cream 30% 140 ml
  • Butter 60 g
  • Vanillin 1/2 tsp
  • Refined vegetable oil 2 tbsp for lubrication

  • Cranberry 2 cups
  • Yellowfix 1 tbsp
  • Glaze:
  • Cream 35% 240 ml
  • Black chocolate 200 g

  • How do we make Cranberry Cake in Chocolate? Let’s start with cranberries. Any cranberry is suitable for us – both fresh and frozen. Throw peeled, washed and dried cranberries into a blender and beat with sugar.
