Even on a diet, you can treat yourself to a serving of healthy, antioxidant-rich dark chocolate, making it part of a delicious cream pudding. The second ingredient in the dessert is avocado. Together with coconut milk, it will give the pudding the very velvety texture. Use melted chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70% in the preparation, and add a sweetener if necessary. This chocolate pudding does not require boiling and is prepared as fast as instant.

Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 large ripe avocado, cut into pieces
  • 1/3 Art. coconut milk
  • 55 gr. dark chocolate (70% cocoa), melted
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • Non-nutritive sweetener (optional)



Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine avocados, coconut milk, chocolate and salt in a food processor and whisk until a thick creamy mass is obtained. Try it and add a sweetener if desired. Put the pudding in two small bowls. Eat immediately or cover with foil and refrigerate. Can be stored up to 2 days.
