Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 large ripe avocado, cut into pieces
- 1/3 Art. coconut milk
- 55 gr. dark chocolate (70% cocoa), melted
- A pinch of coarse salt
- Non-nutritive sweetener (optional)
- Combine avocados, coconut milk, chocolate and salt in a food processor and whisk until a thick creamy mass is obtained. Try it and add a sweetener if desired. Put the pudding in two small bowls. Eat immediately or cover with foil and refrigerate. Can be stored up to 2 days.
