Chocolate pizza with almonds and raspberries - ReCiPes


for the test:

  • egg yolk
    1 PC.
  • flour
    ¼ glasses
  • cocoa powder
    3 tbsp
  • butter (softened)
    2 tbsp
  • sugar
    2 tbsp
  • vanilla extract
    ¼ tsp
  • baking powder
    & frac18; tsp

For filling:

  • dark bitter chocolate
    45 r
  • chocolate white
    thirty r
  • coconut flakes
    2 tbsp
  • almond petals
    2 tbsp
  • raspberry


  • Grate or break the bitter chocolate into small pieces. Fry the coconut flakes in the oven with almond petals.
  • For the base, mix softened butter, granulated sugar, large yolk and vanillin extract. Add wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the resulting dough, form a disc with a small rim. Place in the oven for nine minutes.
  • Remove the pastries from the oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, return to the oven for a minute: the chocolate should melt.
  • Remove the product, spread the chocolate, sprinkle with coconut and almonds. Lay out fresh raspberries. Sprinkle the pizza with melted white chocolate and serve.
