Few of us don’t like
chocolate. This is a sweet treat that relieves psychological tension and even pain,
as our body produces hormones of happiness when you receive it
stomach. The main thing is not to overdo it.
- Chocolate black 100 g
- Sugar 35 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Cognac 3 tbsp
- Water 100 ml
Tile black or milk chocolate divide into pieces, add to the bowl of chocolate sugar, vanilla sugar, cognac.
Stir chocolate mixture in a water bath until melted all the sugar.
A saucepan of medium size, fill with ice cubes from the freezer and very cold water, chilled in the freezer. Top in ice mass place a receptacle of smaller diameter and pour the hot chocolate mixture.
Leave it so until the chocolate mixture has cooled down, and then start whisking with a mixer six to eight minutes until mixture becomes airy.
Place dessert in bowl, garnish with chocolate chips, fruit pieces. You are ready, Bon appetit!
