In a bowl with yolks we add salt and powdered sugar, and also beat with a mixer at the lowest speed. Then gradually add a mixture of flour with cocoa powder and vanilla. Whisk.
NOTE! After whipping the whisk, you do not need to wash the beaters to beat the yolks. If you first beat the yolks, be sure to wash and dry with a napkin, otherwise the proteins will not beat.
Carefully and a little whipped whites are poured into a large bowl with whipped yolks and other components, slowly kneading the spoon from the bottom from the bottom up and in a circle.
We grease the molds with refined oil and sprinkle with flour, if they are metal. Silicone can be lubricated with nothing and not sprinkled. Half fill them with dough.
