Ingredients for the recipe:

Blueberries

  • 8 tbsp. fresh blueberries
  • 2/3 Art. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1/4 Art. premium flour
  • 2 tbsp. l chilled salted butter, cut into pieces
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Dough

  • 2.5 tbsp. premium flour
  • 2.5 tbsp. l sugar + extra to sprinkle
  • 1 tbsp. l baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 165 gr. chilled salted butter, cut into pieces
  • 3/4 Art. milk
  • 1 large egg



Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Blueberries:

    Put blueberries in a large bowl, sprinkle with sugar and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add flour and mix.

    Dough:

    In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir, then add cold butter and cut the butter into the flour mixture with a dough blender.
